Miscellaneous

GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of Eleventh Street Properties LLC. shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.


MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Eleventh Street Properties LLC. with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Eleventh Street Properties LLC. with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Eleventh Street Properties LLC. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

PARKING AGREEMENT

  1. The rental rate for 1 parking space is $75.00 per month and is due and payable the 1st of each month. If payment is not received by the 10th day of the month the vehicle may be towed at the Registrant’s expense.
  2. Partial months will be billed at a per diem prorated rate.
  3. 11th Street Properties LLC assumes no responsibility for loss or damage due to fire, theft, collision, vandalism or otherwise to the vehicle and its contents, however, caused.
  4. Registrant acknowledges the parking lot has no nighttime lighting. Lighting is not required by the City of Charlottesville Zoning Ordinance. (registrant initials)
  5. Registrant and 11th Street Properties LLC have the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
  6. Failure to abide with 11th Street Properties LLC Terms and Conditions will result in immediate cancellation of this agreement.
  7. Issued Parking Tags must be displayed on the windshield. Only a vehicle that is registered per this agreement may be parked in the lot. Registrant may not assign, sublet, or allow others to park vehicles on the lot.
  8. Parking spaces are exclusively for the parking of automobiles.
  9. Registrant may not wash, repair, or paint the vehicle on the premises.
  10. No vehicles leaking substances of any kind may be parked on the premises.
  11. Registrant agrees to maintain automobile liability insurance in accordance with the State of Virginia regulations. Proof of insurance is required upon written request by 11th Street Properties LLC.
